If diamonds do not arrive within the promised timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund or a re-send.
02Wrong identifier
If you entered the wrong Player ID, notify us immediately before delivery begins.
03User mistakes
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details entered after the order is processed.
04Non-refundable orders
Once diamonds are successfully delivered, orders are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
05Rejected claims
We reserve the right to refuse refund claims that violate our general terms.
